A really nice email

A reader wrote a very nice email on Reflexology: Health at Your Fingertips

Mr. Kunz,

I felt compelled to write again to thank you for writing the reflexology
book that I bought some 18 months ago. Reflexology-Health at Your Finger
Tips was the first book I picked up on reflexology and it was the best
$15 I spent on anything!

I suffer from Meniere's disease with motion intolerance, dizziness,
migraines, and vertigo at times. The doctors have told me there's no
cure but that the symptoms can be mitigated with a diuretic that I take.
I just want to let you know that the reflexology tips I've learnt from
your book have helped me tremendously to cope with my symptoms. I do a
hand or foot reflexology session at least once a day on myself to
relieve the stress of having "abnormal" balance. The reflexology has
been highly effective for me as well in solving my other minor problems
like sinuses, menstrual cramps (I have not needed to take any painkiller
for the last 18 months!!). Most of all, I feel empowered by having
reflexology as a tool, just like what you described in your bio.

I've also tried reflexology on my family (husband and two kids). They
work very well for them too, especially on my 10-year old son. It's
amazing what pressing the right points can do to stimulate the body to
repair itself! I'm grateful to you for the book that gives me a tool to
help my family when they are not well, especially for my kids. I don't
want to bore your with too many details but there were at least 3-4
incidents where reflexology did wonders to solve the problem, often
within minutes of application e.g. once when my son had a stomach ache
when we were on vacation, he felt better immediately when I pressed the
"stomach" areas. I've taught my kids the right places to press on their
hands if they feel stuffed up (sinuses) or get a stomach ache at school.
I've also helped my husband to forestall the migraines he gets
sometimes.

I've shared the book with my friends and family who have also reported
great effectiveness. In particular, my sister, who lives in Singapore,
has tried reflexology on herself and her family, with great success too.

As I'm a Christian, I thank God for leading me to buy your book in my
quest to cope with my dizziness problem. I continue to read your website
and the book. Each time I reread your book, I gain some new insight on
what to do. I've urged a lot of people to buy the book but not everyone
is willing to give it a try. I guess they do not have a strong health
reason like I did when I bought your book.

I pray for continued healing for me through medication and reflexology.

All my best wishes to you and Mrs. Kunz.

Sincerely,

YFL
