We are just back from Ireland. What a magical place it is to go. We had 120 people attend a class there from all over Ireland. Great fun.

You roll your cursor over the areas on the foot and it highlights the part of the body effected. If you roll the cursor over the words like "lungs" it highlights the part of the foot corresponding to the word. In this case it would be the ball of the foot.

The best part is that DK/Penguin is producing another interactive chart. This time it will be for the hand to celebrate the launch of Hand Reflexology: Simple Routines for Health and Relaxation . I don't have the address yet but I will post it as soon as I have it. Graham Todd from DK is the master of all this. I just love these charts.
