Bell's Palsy

I spent a lot of time around the big toe joint, the joint next to the base of the nail. From my limited study the swelling of this first joint is pronounced . I just focused on seeking out the both the swelling and the tender areas embedded in the swelled areas. I kept working on particularly the sides of the big toe. Also the base of the toe is important as well since you mentioned the 7th. Again work all around the toe.

I actually worked with this to a pretty good result. Needs a lot more study to see if is effective. I don't think there is much research. Worth a try.
