Reflexology Tip- Traction
It counteracts the compression of the foot that
happens each time you take a footstep.
Traction is a simple way to relieve
stress. It is good for relaxing the foot overall. It counteracts the compression
of the foot that happens each time you take a footstep.
And although simple it takes a
little focus on technique to do it right. I have a lot of wives tell me that
their husbands don't do it the way I do it. All I can figure out is that they
are just pulling their legs.
Hold the foot firmly with one
hand wrapped around the ankle and the other hand wrapped around the forefoot.
Pull it towards you gently and gradually. Hold for 10-15 seconds.

the ball of the foot towards you with the working handpull tha ankle with the
holding hand." From
