Stress relief tip
Think of using the feet and hands to break the
cycle of tension. I always say that it isn't stress that will kill you it is
the continuity of stress that will kill you.
I just saw a statistic that 60% of doctor
visits are stress related. Yet other than drugs the medical profession isn't
real tuned into stress reduction.
Stress is a accumulated event
in most cases. It creeps up on us from day to day events. Feet and hands
contribute to our stress level. If the hands and feet are under stress they help
set the tension level for the rest of the body.
Think of using the feet and
hands to break the cycle of tension. I always say that it isn't stress that will

So grab a golf ball or a foot
roller and use to break up the pattern of stress on the hands and feet. Breaking
up the pattern on the hands and feet breaks up the pattern of stress in the rest
of the body as well. Interrupt
stress and do it frequently. This resets your stress hormones and releases those
"feel good hormnoes". From here
