Great, something new to worry about
(LOUISVILLE) -- The Louisville man charged with
kidnapping a woman in his illegal taxi and taking pictures of her feet may have
had several other victims.... Chief Wayne Hall says Jackson was a wanted man on
campus from 1997 through 2001 because he was targeting women in the library.
"He was telling females he was doing research on reflexology and asking them if
he could measure their feet," Hall said. Hall says it was difficult to charge
Jackson with a crime because the women usually consented to the fake
study.

(LOUISVILLE)
-- The Louisville man charged with kidnapping a woman in his illegal taxi and
taking pictures of her feet may have had several other victims.
University of Louisville police say they've dealt with
Martin Jackson before. Chief Wayne Hall says Jackson was a wanted man on campus
from 1997 through 2001 because he was targeting women in the
library.
"He was telling females he was doing research on
reflexology and asking them if he could measure their feet," Hall
said.
Hall says it was difficult to charge Jackson with a
crime because the women usually consented to the fake study.
But in 2001, campus police charged Jackson with
criminal trespassing. He is currently being held in metro corrections on
$200,000 full cash bond.
