Practitioner needing assistance
I don't know if you can offer any advice. Each
time I carry out a treatment I am experiencing very bad back ache. I have tried
using my Lafuma chair or my massage couch and still half way through the
treatment my back begins to ache and I feel very
uncomfortable.

What
is the chair you are sitting in? Is it the right height? Are your arms at a
comfortable height? Does the chair have good support for your back? Do you sit
with your feet flat on the floor? Does your chair move or is it
stationary?
Also have
you considered working on self help for your back using reflexology? Our
motto is interrupt stress and do it frequently. Use reflexology techniques to
interrupt the stress of reflexology work. Breaks, yoga and other complementary
therapies can be helpful in interrupting the stress of reflexology work as
well.
Hope that
helps. Thank you for your
query.
All the
best,
Kevin
