Hot Spot on the Foot


On the top of the right foot round about the middle (where your chart indicates green for Upper back) I often get a burning feeling over a small circular area there.

On the top of the right foot  round about the middle (where your chart indicates green for Upper back) I often get a burning feeling over a small circular area there.

That is a tough one without seeing it. Reflexology isn't diagnostic but more pointing to a stress cue. Sounds like circulation. 

One way to explore this is to try pressing the corresponding part of the body and seeing if you can find a sensitive area. Again that doesn't mean there is something wrong rather it is potentially a stressed area.
