Left eye keeps twitching



My friend's left eye keeps twitching. Another person suffers from both twitching of the eye and twitching of the 2nd toe of the left foot. Can reflexology help?

I would probably aim at that second toe. Sounds suspicious. I would also go for overall tension reduction as it is most likely a heighten tension state that contributes. Try the solar plexus. I also like the area on the big toe under the nail and towards the side of the toe. It sometimes bulges out. I have found it effective particularly for blinking.

I can't really say there is any research in this area. It is worth a try. Hope that helps. Thank you for your query.
