What to do with arthritis


...Could you give me some information about arthritis treatment please?

I'm a Rheumaid Arthritis patient. I have some problems on my hands and feet(Hammer Finger). I found a reflexologist in Turkey. She is working on only my feet. But she doesn't know special points for arthritis. I examined your book on the net. It is really wonderful.
Could you give me some information about arthritis treatment please?

MY number one focus is the kidneys. I spend a lot of time on them. I mean a lot of time. It helps flush out the system.

I also spend a great deal of time on the adrenal glands since stress seems to be a factor. The adrenal glands play a role in the immune process. the other endocrine glands can help.The adrenal glands will usually be sore.

The lymphatic system is also helpful as the lymphatic system shrinks under stress and traps a lot of the toxins normally flushed out through the system. 

The solar plexus is another good place to focus on since an overactivity of the sympathetic nervous system can help exacerbate the problem.
