Leg muscle disease
I can't say it will specifically help you but it
is worth a shot.
I have leg muscle
disease. Do you have anything to help with that? I am a layperson
and wondered if reflexology would help me. Could I perform it on
myself?
Thanks in advance.
Loretta
There
is some research on this but not a lot. I can't say it specifically help you but
it is worth a shot.
Yes
you can perform it on yourself. One technique that might be effective is using
the referral system. That means work on the arm to effect the leg. For instance
if there is a problem in the calf muscle you work the forearm. If there is a
problem in the thigh muscle you work the upper arm. And of course there are
areas in the hands and feet as well. See what works best for you. Hope that
helps. Thank you for your
query.
All the
best,
Kevin
